Teach Django to social risk teens

Due the lack of developers and inspired by a tv show that shows how some high school kids in Chile have no opportunities to get into a university and because I don't think university is for everyone I'm thinking of start teaching software development to those kids to give them an opportunity to get a good job in the future, all of this for free, so if anyone is interested I'm glad to hear from you. The basic things needed are a classroom, workstations for every student and promotion.
